TALK TO YOUR PARENTS


Foot Locker approached BBDO with a holiday assignment. Parents do the gift giving during the holidays, but they’re clueless about what their kids want and where to get it. We needed to find away to get kids to tell their parents to go to Foot Locker.

We came up with this campaign encouraging kids to take awkward talks they get from their parents, and flip them into a conversation about Foot Locker.

After production, BBDO was named Foot Locker's agency of record.

To drive enthusiasm among influencers, we sent them a “conversation starter kit” that contained items they could leave around their house to kickstart a conversation with their parents about Foot Locker.

Conversations like “Clown Porn Addiction” and “Excessive Body Hair Grooming.”
